Neurodivergent Pattern Mapping for autistic and ADHD adults
I’m autistic, with some ADHD traits, and I’ve spent over ten years working with neurodivergent children and adults. I started as a tutor and now use Pattern Mapping to help people understand recurring patterns, build strategies that work for their brain, and create more freedom to live life on their own terms.
Why this is different for neurodivergent brains
Most pattern work assumes a neurotypical starting point, that the "default" reaction is the problem. For autistic and ADHD adults, a lot of what looks like a repeating pattern is actually a learned response to years of masking, sensory overwhelm, or being taught your natural wiring was wrong.
Pattern mapping here starts from a different place: understanding how your specific brain actually works, not correcting it toward someone else's normal.
What makes this credible
I'm not approaching this from theory. I'm autistic myself. I've spent over a decade working directly with neurodivergent children, teenagers, and adults, first as a tutor, then increasingly on exactly this: helping people understand their own wiring instead of fighting it.
Pattern Mapping Session - £95
A 60-minute 1:1 session. One pattern, traced from trigger to outcome, understood through the lens of your actual neurotype, not a neurotypical default.
Not therapy, and not a diagnostic or treatment service. A practical method, informed by CBT and ACT, adapted for neurodivergent thinking.
This is for you if
You're autistic, ADHD, or both, and tired of advice built for neurotypical brains.
You understand your patterns intellectually, but still repeat them.
You want to understand your wiring, not mask it better.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a treatment for autism or ADHD?
No. Pattern Mapping doesn't treat, diagnose, or manage autism or ADHD. It's a method for understanding your own patterns and reactions, informed by your actual neurotype.
Do I need a diagnosis to book this?
No. Self-identified neurodivergent adults are welcome.
Is this different from your general Pattern Mapping Session?
Same core method, applied specifically through a neurodivergent lens, drawing on my own lived experience and background working with neurodivergent people.
