By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Liberated Heart offers
Liberated Heart may offer:

one-to-one coaching;

courses, workshops and programmes;

ebooks, workbooks, recordings and other digital products;

books and other physical products;

educational articles and resources.
The description and price shown on the relevant page apply to your purchase.
2. Coaching
Liberated Heart coaching is intended to support personal development, self-awareness, emotional understanding and behaviour change.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care or crisis support. No medical or mental-health diagnosis is provided.
If you need medical or psychological treatment, you should seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Coaching results
Everyone's circumstances are different.
Liberated Heart cannot guarantee a particular emotional, relationship, career, financial or health outcome from coaching, courses or educational materials.
4. Coaching cancellations
You may cancel or move a coaching session free of charge if you give at least 48 hours' notice.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, the session is non-refundable and charged in full.
If Liberated Heart cancels your session, you will be offered another appointment or a refund.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Your 14-day cancellation right
When you buy online, UK consumer law may give you a 14-day cooling-off period.
Different rules apply depending on whether you buy a service, physical product or digital product.
Nothing in these Terms removes a legal right that you are entitled to under consumer law.
6. Digital products
Digital products may include ebooks, PDFs, courses, workbooks, recordings and downloadable resources.
You may receive access immediately after payment.
Before immediate access is provided, you will be asked to confirm:
I want immediate access to this digital product and understand that I will lose my 14-day cancellation right once access begins.
UK rules require the customer to agree to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day cancellation right before a download or stream begins.
Once immediate access has begun following that agreement, you cannot cancel simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
7. Physical products
Physical products may include printed books and other goods.
The price, delivery charge and estimated delivery information will be shown before you order.
You normally have the legal right to change your mind about eligible physical goods bought online and return them within the applicable cancellation period.
You also retain your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. UK distance-selling rules generally provide a 14-day cancellation period for eligible online purchases.
8. Prices and payment
The total price will be shown before you place your order.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive confirmation from Liberated Heart.
9. Accounts
You may be able to create an account on the website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Please contact Liberated Heart if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Accounts may be suspended if they are used fraudulently, unlawfully or to misuse Liberated Heart content or services.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Liberated Heart owns or licenses the materials available through the website and its products.
This includes written content, courses, exercises, workbooks, downloads, graphics, branding and other educational materials.
When you buy digital content, you are buying the right to use it personally.
You may not, without written permission:

upload them publicly;

resell them;

use them to create your own commercial product or course.
11. Using the website
You must not:

12. Free content and educational information

However, Liberated Heart is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control or for decisions you make based on general educational content.
If you use Liberated Heart as a consumer, these Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
