About

I hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of London, alongside a Level 2 qualification in Counselling and Mental Health Awareness.

For over ten years, I've worked closely with highly sensitive children and neurodivergent teenagers and adults, first as a tutor, then increasingly as someone people came to for a different kind of support: help understanding why they respond the way they do, not just what to do about it.

Working with these patterns wasn't just professional curiosity. I watched myself and people close to me stay stuck in the same repeating dynamics, ones that felt pointless and exhausting to keep living through, and that's what pulled me from tutoring toward pattern-mapping specifically.

I'm autistic myself, with some ADHD traits, which shapes how I work. I notice patterns quickly, and I think in systems rather than vague impressions; people sometimes describe it as an engineer's mind applied to emotional life. That combination, lived experience plus a structured way of thinking, is what Pattern Mapping is built from.

I'm not a licensed therapist, and Pattern Mapping isn't therapy. It's a focused, practical method for identifying one pattern and interrupting it, drawing on CBT and ACT, built from real work with real people over a decade.

Curious how this works in practice?

Mission

My mission is to make psychological patterns understandable in real life situations, so people can change their reactions consciously instead of repeating them automatically.

Vision

Human behaviour follows patterns, not personality flaws. When the pattern becomes visible, different choices and outcomes are possible.

The idea is change your nervous system response which will meaningfully break the pattern
