I work with recurring situations that don't change despite effort, reflection, or insight.

I studied psychology and continue studies in psychotherapy especially with such as cognitive-behavioural (CBT) and acceptance-based (ACT) methodologies. In practice, this means we don't focus on analysing personality or exploring emotions in depth. Instead we reconstruct situations.

We look at situation, interpretation, assumption, action and outcome.

Most people already know what they feel. What they often cannot see is the rule their mind applied in that moment. 

Once the rule becomes clear, change stops requiring willpower. You simply have another option available while the situation is still happening.

This work is practical, structured, and grounded in behaviour - not advice or reassurance

Mission

My mission is to make psychological patterns understandable in real life situations, so people can change their reactions consciously instead of repeating them automatically.

Vision

Human behaviour follows patterns, not personality flaws. When the pattern becomes visible, different choices and outcomes are possible.

The idea is change your cognition, change your behaviour and change your life.
